Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about selling your ticket stubs to StubHaul.
What types of ticket stubs do you buy?+
We buy ticket stubs from virtually every type of live event — MLB baseball, NFL football, NBA basketball, NHL hockey, professional wrestling (WWE, WWF, WCW, ECW), concerts of all genres, boxing, NASCAR, Olympics, college sports, and more. If it's a ticket stub, we're interested in seeing it.
How much are my ticket stubs worth?+
Ticket stub values depend on the event's significance, the stub's condition, its age, and current collector demand. Some stubs are worth a few dollars while others can be worth hundreds or even thousands. The best way to find out is to send us photos for a free, no-obligation appraisal.
How do I get a cash offer for my stubs?+
There are several ways to reach us: fill out the contact form on our website, email us at stubhaul@gmail.com, call , or send us a text. Tell us what you have, send some photos, and we'll respond with a cash offer — usually within 10 minutes.
How quickly will I receive my cash offer?+
Most sellers receive a cash offer within 10 minutes of sending photos during business hours. For very large or complex collections, it may take a few hours to properly evaluate everything.
Is there any cost or obligation?+
Absolutely not. Getting a quote from us is 100% free with no strings attached. If you don't like our offer, just say no — there's never any pressure or commitment.
How do I get paid?+
We offer four payment methods: PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, and traditional check. If you choose PayPal or Venmo, you'll be paid BEFORE you ship your stubs. For Zelle and check payments, we issue payment the same day your package arrives.
Do I really get paid before shipping?+
Yes! Sellers who choose PayPal or Venmo receive payment before shipping their stubs. This eliminates all risk on your end. For Zelle and check payments, we pay same-day upon receipt of your package.
How should I ship my ticket stubs?+
After you accept our offer, we provide detailed packing and shipping instructions. Generally, we recommend placing stubs in plastic sleeves or between pieces of cardboard, then shipping in a padded envelope or small box via USPS or your preferred carrier.
Do you buy ticket stubs in poor condition?+
Yes! While better condition typically means higher value, we buy stubs in all conditions. A worn stub from a historic game is still worth real money. Don't throw anything away before getting our appraisal.
Do you buy full, unused tickets?+
Absolutely. Full, unused tickets are typically worth more than torn stubs and we're always eager to buy them. We also purchase press passes, media credentials, and other event access items.
How large a collection will you buy?+
There's no limit! We buy single stubs, small collections of a dozen or so, and massive lots numbering in the hundreds or thousands. We've purchased entire lifetime collections and estate lots. No collection is too big or too small.
I inherited a collection and don't know anything about ticket stubs. Can you help?+
Of course! Many of our sellers are in this exact situation. Just send us photos and we'll evaluate everything, explain what you have, and make a fair cash offer. We're patient and happy to answer any questions.
Do you also buy programs, scorecards, and other memorabilia?+
Yes! In addition to ticket stubs, we buy game programs, scorecards, media guides, press credentials, and other event memorabilia. If it's related to a live event, we're interested.
Are you a legitimate business?+
StubHaul has been buying ticket stubs for over 15 years. We've completed purchases with 500+ sellers and maintain a 4.9-star rating. We're happy to provide references from past sellers upon request.
What if I'm not sure what I have?+
That's perfectly fine! Send us photos and we'll identify everything. Our team has deep knowledge across all sports, concerts, and event types. We're basically encyclopedias of ticket stub history.
